- Billing information needed to invoice you. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored by us.
- Content and access you share with us to deliver our services, such as photos, logos and access to your social media accounts.
- Basic usage information when you use our website or client portal.
How we use it
- To provide, schedule and report on the services you have asked for.
- To send quotes, invoices and payment reminders.
- To contact you about your account and our services.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our hosting, scheduling, email and payment providers, and only as needed to deliver our services. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers to protect your information.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us using it, by contacting us below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
